Wow. It's been a while since I've posted anything. I'm not much of a typer. I only do it if I have to (like, for homework). However, Kendra has been telling me that I need to put something in here so I am. Even though I know that no one reads it anymore ;).

I got promoted! That's really cool. I am now a Third Class Petty Officer (E-4). I give God all the praise for that promotion because now I can get Kendra over here to Japan. Before, I was having some trouble with paperwork and stuff, but now that I am one pay-grade higher the paperwork should go through all right. I hope it does. I don't know... it's the Navy.

I'm pretty bored. I'm on my lunch break. I haven't eaten anything, yet. I'm pretty hungry. I hope our cafeteria is serving some good food.

I'm taking an on-line course. The school that I'm attending is the University of Maryland. I'm taking HIST 156: History of the Americas before 1865. It's an ok course. My first paper is do this week. I hope I get the time off of work that I need to get the assignment done.

Kendra named our laptop Malachi. I have NO idea why that is. I think it's a girl thing. I know that I don't have any non-living thing named... wait a minute. Yes I do. I named my electric guitar Krazy Kork :). I forgot about that. And my stuffed dog's name is Ralph................................... OK! So I do have some things named. I just thought that it was weird naming a laptop. But you know what? It's things like that that make me love Kendra even more. It's so great to know that I have someone in my life that I can find something new about everyday. You know what I mean? The little things she does make me feel like I'm on cloud 9. Like, when she does her little "coo" thing. I love it! Or, when her toes get cold and she puts them next to my feet so that she can get warm... that's awesome. But the thing I love most about Kendra is knowing that she loves me back. Loving someone is one thing... but being loved is a whole different story. Thank you, Kendra, for loving me. How blessed I am.

Kendra arrives in 24 DAYS! I can't wait!! It's going to be so great to see her again.

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT: Stop and realize how much someone loves you... and appreciate it.
